Musically Omnipresent
Athena was the goddess of wisdom, among many other virtues. In 450 B.C., the renowned sculptor, architect, and painter Phidias shaped her image into monumental form. One of his most famous works, Athena Promachos, was cast in copper, portraying the goddess as the fierce protector of the city.
