operated by or on behalf of AKu s.m.p.c.. AKu s.m.p.c. comply with the laws and regulations

regarding personal data protection and we place great importance on protecting your privacy. This

Privacy Policy prescribes the type of information that we collect, and how we use and manage

personal information.

While you are accessing, browsing or using the AKu websites we are collecting non-identifiable

data of your visit. Once we receive your contact details, that data becomes identifiable.

being deleted from our records by sending an e-mail to info@aku-audio.com.

Please note that if you request for your data to be removed from our records, you will no longer

receive any messages from us.

voluntarily. Some of the services AKu offers may be conditioned on the provision of your Personal

Information, i.e. using, ordering, or subscribing to a service might require us to have your Personal

Information on record. In these cases, the information will be used to maintain our customer

How we use your information

When we collect your Personal Information, we specify the purpose of such collection.

address, phone number and details about your purchase to identify your purchase and product(s)
